On February 11-13, 2014 Radiy’s lighting division participated in the 4th International “Grain Tech Expo 2014”, which was held in “KievExpoPlaza” in Kiev, Ukraine.

During a scheduled life extension outage of South-Ukraine NPP (SU NPP) Unit 1, RPC Radiy successfully completed a large-scaled installation of the following Radiy systems:

On November 21-22, RPC Radiy sponsored and participated in the Nuclear Energy Development Summit 2013 which was held in Istanbul, Turkey. Noppen, an international leader in market growth and business development across Asia and Europe, organized the event. The summit focused on the growth and expansion of the nuclear field in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Government officials and nuclear industry leaders delivered informative and engaging discussions pertaining to the region's current needs and future ambitions.

On November 5-8, 2013 Radiy's lighting division took part in the International specialized exhibition of decorative and technical lighting , electrical engineering and building automation “Interlight Moscow powered by Light + Building 2013” in Moscow, Russian Federation.

October 8-11, 2013 Radiy hosted the 6th International Workshop on the Application of FPGAs in NPPs. The four day Workshop was organized with the help of TG-FAN and SunPort SA and was in cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

On September 3-5, 2013 Radiy’s Testing Laboratory was audited by the National Accreditation Agency for technical capabilities and competence in accordance with DSTU ISO/IEC 17025:2006 “General Requirements for Testing and Calibration Laboratories Competence” requirements. Having successfully met the requirements of the audit, the Testing Laboratory received Accreditation Certificate № 2Т001, valid through 30.09.2018.

August 21-23, 2013 Radiy carried out factory acceptance tests of main and diverse delivery sets for the Reactor Trip System designed for Unit 3 of South-Ukraine NPP.

July 22-26, 2013 Radiy carried out factory acceptance tests of Switchgear Equipment made for the 2nd safety system of Unit 6 of “Kozloduy” NPP. The Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Committee, consisted of Radiy’s technical specialists and representatives of the Kozloduy NPP, concluded that Radiy’s Switchgear Equipment fully met their required specifications.

June 26-28, 2013 Radiy specialists took part in the International Industry Forum “ATOMEXPO 2013”, Saint Petersburg, Russia.

On June 5-7, 2013 Radiy took part in the “Bulgarian Nuclear Energy - National, Regional and World Energy Security” (BULATOM) in Varna, Bulgaria. More than 250 nuclear industry representatives from leading European companies took part in the conference.

On April 17-18, 2013 RPC Radiy participated in the 4th annual Plant Life Management and Plant Life Extension (PLIM & PLEX) Europe conference in Brussels. With a focus on political and regulatory landscape, ageing management, safety procedures, stress tests and new technologies to assist with plant life extension, attendees engaged in critical discussion of plant life management and extension strategies. Radiy delegates contributed their knowledge and expertise of Nuclear Power Plant Instrumentation and Control modernization, sharing their implementation approach to projects ranging from full-scope turn-key projects to reverse engineering and broad-level, like-for-like replacement.

On February 11-15, 2013 Radiy, among eight other participants from five IAEA Member States, were invited to participate in a Consultancy Meeting at the IAEA Headquarters in Vienna, Austria.

On March 19, 2013 - Radiy specialists held a public technical panel in collaboration with representatives of South-Ukraine NPP, Zaporizhia NPP, Khmelnitsky NPP, Kharkiv PC “SERTСenter ASU” and NNEGC “Energoatom” regarding adoption of Seismic Monitoring and Protection Early Warning System and Vibration-Survey System for calibration of Seismic Sensors.

On November 12-14, 2012, PC RPC Radiy was visited by representatives of the Kozloduy NPP, Bulgaria. The aim of the visit was to discuss the technical specifications for the contract, signed at the beginning of 2012, for Radiy to supply electrical distribution cabinets (EDCs) for Units 5 and 6.

On October 29, 2012, Radiy was visited by representatives of US Company GSE Systems. The aim of this meeting was to discuss opportunities for Radiy to supply safety systems to GSE and to use GSE simulation applications to extend engineers’ capabilities to assess the performance of Radiy’s I&C systems for safety and process control.

The International Workshop on FPGA Applications in NPPs is trotting the Globe and PC RPC Radiy is not only following it, but also sponsoring it. On October 08-11, 2012, Radiy's specialists attended the 5th Workshop in Beijing, China, where we introduced the Company's latest achievements in different aspects: licensing approaches for FPGA-based safety platform, safety assessment issues of FPGA-based systems, Radiy's experience in verification and validation, and the status of the SIL certification of FPGA safety controllers.
