Quality Austria conducted a second supervisory inspection of the Quality Management System of RPC Radiy to evaluate its viability, effectiveness, and compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The audit was coducted on September 7-8, 2021.
During the inspection, the audit team stated that the company has established and implemented an effective Quality Management System to realize the Quality Policy and Goals.
Based on the results, the audit team emphasized the following strengths of the company:
- high qualification of the personnel, including experienced designers;
- company infrastructure that ensures safe and continuous operation;
- prompt response to market needs and innovative projects;
- expansion of the product range (new versions of the luminaries model range: AmbeRay, VectoRay, SpaceLum, Lane, and OptiBay);
- increase in productivity due to purchasing new equipment;
- significant upgrade of production processes at the steering hydromechanics plant.
