List of Products

SS-1 and SS-1-1 seismic sensors are designed for acquiring and initial processing of seismic impacts.  These seismic sensors convert seismic vibrations into standardized current signals and output discrete signals when a specified amplitude is exceeded. In addition, the sensors are protected against false responses caused by non-seismic (industrial) vibrations. Seismic sensors are used as the primary data source for building seismic protection systems.

Vibration measurement system

The VMS-1 vibration measurement system is used for the qualification and calibration of seismic sensors. It enables the qualification and calibration of various vibration detectors, including seismic sensors, in a semi-automatic mode. This feature enables rapid sensor setup and certification with minimal human intervention.

To build monitoring systems, the MDSU (Mode and Data Switching Unit) is used. This unit is a versatile device for building various monitoring systems of this type. This unit receives digital, analog, and discrete sensor signals, displays and archives the received data, and issues an alarm signal when threshold values are exceeded. Automated System for Early Diagnostics of Emergencies, ASEDE, has been developed based on this unit.

Inclination Sensors

The IS-2 Inclination Sensor has been developed to measure the angles of a monitored object in space. This sensor allows for high-precision measurement of various inclinations and their long-term changes. This sensor is used to monitor the condition of buildings, foundations, bridges, floors, roofs, and other structures for which inclination is a critical parameter.

General-purpose equipment includes:

Digital Multichannel Registrar (DMR), used as a registrar for up to 48 channels of analog signals (current, voltage, resistance, temperature, etc.), displaying them in digital, graphical, and histogram formats on its own display and outputting discrete signals when values exceed or fall below set thresholds.

  • Mode and Data Switching Units (MDSU) are used to switch the operating modes of actuators. MSDUs can have manual or automatic control feature. MDSU allow for direct control of the actuator and display the position status of its control element.
  • Level Alarm Modules (LAM) are used to measure the level of liquid media with a wide range of electrical conductivity; it features protection against electrical interference and false alarms.

How to Choose Equipment That Meets Your Needs

Radiy’s instruments for physical processes analysis developed combine engineering precision, high reliability, and versatility. These solutions are designed for modern enterprises that prioritize safety standards, as well as efficiency and technical excellence.

What Should Be Kept in Mind When Choosing Equipment?

  • Review the specific characteristics of the facility. Identify the types of physical processes that require monitoring and determine whether industrial sensors need to be installed at the facility.
  • Select the appropriate sensors and systems. For example, the SS-1 seismic impact analysis tools for nuclear power plants or the IS-2 for inclination monitoring.
  • Integration with control systems. Ensure compatibility with I&C systems or other platforms.
  • Consider automation. Use industrial monitoring systems (VMS-1 – for metrological certification, and MDSU or ASEDE – for building a comprehensive monitoring system).

Benefits of Radiy’s equipment for customers

Industry-specific specialization at high-risk facilities

Radiy’s equipment is designed specifically for nuclear power plants, industrial facilities, and critical infrastructure. This means that all products meet safety requirements and reliability standards and are resistant to external influences.

High-precision measurements of physical processes

These devices enable the precise detection of even the slightest deviations – from seismic vibrations to changes in the inclination of structures – with minimal human intervention.

Full automation and integration

Systems such as MDSU or ASEDE support the processing of digital, analog, and discrete signals, data archiving, and alarm signaling, and can be easily integrated into automated control systems. This makes it possible to create a unified monitoring system customized to a specific facility.

On-site certification and calibration

Due to the VMS-1 system, customers can test and calibrate vibration sensors and seismic sensors without having to rely on third-party laboratories, saving both time and resources.

Protection against false responses

The equipment (such as the SS-1 sensors) features built-in digital and logic filters that eliminate false responses caused by non-seismic disturbances, which is particularly important for facilities where the shutdown or startup of critical processes depends on the alarm signal.

Support and Consulting

The experts at Radiy provide comprehensive support from selecting equipment customized to specific tasks to technical training for staff and warranty service.

These features make Radiy’s equipment a strategically sound investment for businesses where reliability, precision, and safety are of the utmost importance.
