On March 27, 2024, Radiy designers completed acceptance testing for electric distributive cabinets (EDC), developed for Rivne NPP. All the cabinets to be delivered to the End User demonstrated high performance quality and compliance with the most rigid requirements of electro- technical standards.
The EDC equipment confirms the high standards of technical development in Ukraine and ensures safe and efficient electricity distribution at nuclear power plants. The electric distributive cabinets are designed to implement low-voltage switchgear and alternating current motor control devices with main bus current up to 630 A. It means that the equipment can effectively control and distribute large amounts of electricity, which is crucial for power units.
The Acceptance Test Report confirmed the compliance of cabinets and supporting documentation with all applicable safety and quality standards. It represents a high level of design competence and manufacturing accuracy.
The EDC equipment (15 cabinets) was timely delivered to the Customer as required by the Contract.
