Radiy’s Professional Activity and Contribution to Nuclear Industry Approved by the President of Ukraine

27 August 2020 - Within a working visit to the Kirovograd region, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, the President of Ukraine, got acquainted with products and manufacturing capabilities of RPC Radiy. Ievgenii Bakhmach, Chairman of the Radiy Supervisory Board, and Olexander Siora, General Director, reported to the President about the company's successful experience in the development and supply of Information and Control (I&C) systems for nuclear power plants, and research reactors.

In addition, Volodymyr Zelenskyi was shown the equipment samples that were previously produced by the company as well as the most recent product - the RadICS digital platform certified by the IEC (International Electro-technical Commission) and approved by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The President also had a chance to see other products of Radiy, such as fire alarm systems, power supply equipment, hydro-mechanic equipment and LED and energy-saving products for street, industrial and agricultural lighting.

At the briefing with business representatives of the Kirovograd region, Volodymyr Zelenskyi noted: “Only after visiting enterprises such as Radiy you realize how many talented people in Ukraine can produce very complex but extremely important products, and, what’s most crucial, produce them according to international quality standards.
