Radiy’s educational initiatives

On a regular basis Radiy cooperatively works with The Central Ukrainian Technical University (hereinafter National Technical University) to help students stay current and competitive for the labor market. Radiy’s delegation, headed by the Director on Project Management Serhiy Reshetytskyi, is always represented at the meetings of the Scientific and Methodology Commission of the Specialty 075 “Marketing”. Using his considerable practical experience Serhiy Reshetytskyi has been acting a co-developer of the professional training program for “Marketing” specialty. The company also arranges various educational events for students to help them develop skills of professional market leaders.
At the October on-line Scientific Methodology meeting (19.10,2022) Serhiy Reshetytskyi introduced a new subject “Marketing of Information Products and Services” and suggested adding the course to the list of professional educational components to promote the effective use of information communication technologies in the field of marketing.
The on-line meeting was also attended by Radiy’s market researcher Roman Tsaturyan, who shared valuable ideas as a practicing market leader and familiarized the audience with the competences and skills, relevant for the current market tendencies. Roman’s experience proves the necessity to learn how to adapt to the market changes, respond correctly to the challenges and go through obstacles, even so difficult as force majeure circumstances. The colleagues from the National Technical University admitted the importance of the ideas and enthusiastically accepted the innovations suggested by Radiy’s professionals.
Not only Radiy’s specialists are speakers at the meetings, participants of the job fairs, science days and other University events, but also they offer students opportunities for internships and future employment.
