Radiy’s Projects Demonstrate Women’s Leadership in Kirovohrad Region, Ukraine

June 30, 2023 - Business Forum "Women's leadership in times of challenges. Kirovohrad Region" was held in Kropyvnytskyi, Ukraine. It was organized by the international association Business Woman Club and the non-governmental organization "Charity Fund "Ukrainian Social Programs". The Event was a part of USAID Program "Competitive Economy of Ukraine" and was fully supported by the Head of the Kirovohrad Regional Council and the Kirovohrad Chamber of Commerce and Industry. RPC Radiy joined the Forum to demonstrate women’s achievements in the regional business development.

The Forum participants were welcomed by the organizers and special guests including Olena Kondratiuk - Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (online), Anica Djamic - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Croatia in Ukraine (online), Yurii Drozd - Head of the Kirovohrad Regional Council, Gennadii Chyzhykov - President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine (online), Maria Chorna - Head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration (2021-2022), the founder of non-governmental organization "Public Initiatives of Maria Chorna", and Ielyzaveta Panko - specialist in European integration of USAID Program "Competitive Economy of Ukraine".

In the format of three sessions the Forum highlighted various aspects of women's leadership in political, diplomatic, and economic relations, introduced the opportunities of financial support to women's entrepreneurship and presented best practices of social responsibility. Radiy’s Director of Social Development, Yulia Dmitrieva, was one of the speakers at Session 3: "Best practices of women's entrepreneurship and social responsibility".

The Forum "Women's leadership in times of challenges. Kirovohrad region" became an important platform for united efforts to provide support to women’s entrepreneurship and promote the development of women's business in the Kirovohrad region.
