October 24-27, 2023 - The participants of the Meeting were welcomed by top managers of RPC Radiy - the host company - and «Energoatom». With a friendly and professional atmosphere the NPP representatives were tuned into open and constructive discussions on the I&C status and modernization issues in Ukraine. The Meeting agenda suggested slots for presentations and exchange of opinions on the burning issues of power units reliable operation, I&C systems cyber security and their compliance with international nuclear standards.
As a receiving party Radiy provided all necessary conditions for the Meeting and its successful outcome. The technical tour on Radiy’s manufacturing and testing facilities added up to understanding of innovative technologies and testing methods used by Radiy engineers to develop and supply advanced I&C systems. The meeting of the coordination and expert council became an important step in the process of increasing safety and reliability of Ukrainian NPPs.
