Radiy’s Ongoing Cooperation with Educators: Lectures, Meetings, and a Production Tour

Today, cooperation between businesses and educational institutions is a vital element of growth for both enterprises and young professionals. As a socially responsible company, radiy actively collaborates with higher education institutions. In October, Yevgenia Sherstyuk, Head of the Human Resources Department of radiy, and Oleksandr Ivasiuk, Chief Operating Officer of Radics LLC, presented the operations of both companies. They highlighted career opportunities, vacancies, and prospects for employee growth while addressing insightful and unexpected questions from students majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems and Technologies, Secondary Education (Computer Studies), Secondary Education (Technology), Professional Education (Digital Technologies), Management, and Computer Sciences at the Central Ukrainian Pedagogical University named after V. Vynnychenko.

In November, a series of meetings was held with students from the Central Ukrainian Technical University studying Automation and Computer-Integrated Technologies and Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Cybersecurity and Information Protection. During the Q&A sessions, the speakers explored the soft and hard skills in demand, as well as the nuances of interviews with HR specialists during job searches.

On November 14, students from the Central Ukrainian Pedagogical University visited radiy to gain first-hand insights into manufacturing processes and the specific areas of work.

Future specialists showed great interest in acquiring the skills needed for building successful careers, learning relevant programming languages, understanding the most in-demand vacancies, and exploring the advantages of working in specialized fields. Notably, many students expressed their readiness to balance studies with work.
