Transient complete devices TCD-4 are ready for shipment to Rivne NPP. On May 7, 2025, the acceptance tests of TCD-4 were successfully completed. This equipment was developed and manufactured by Radiy under the Supply Contract dated 21.11.2024.
The acceptance tests confirmed that the developed products and their main indicators meet the requirements of the technical specifications “Complete low-voltage devices. Technical Specifications”, regulatory and design documentation, as well as the requirements of the contract and technical specification for the subject of procurement.
Transient complete devices are specialized electrical equipment designed to provide safe and reliable connections between various elements of electrical networks or systems in complete transformer substations and to protect these circuits from overloads. The TCD help to maintain the sustainable operation of the entire power infrastructure of the plant. It’s critically important for NPPs.
