28.01.2026In the time that we live now, fatigue, stress and tension often take away our sense of inner strength. To reduce the impact of these factors, the Company introduces comprehensive measures for psychological support and mental health of employees.
January 22, 2026 – Radiy team was offered a special clay art therapy session called “Grounding”. Clay is a special natural material that grounds, calms the nervous system, allows us to “hold” emotions in our hands and feel contact with the body. Through tactility and form, we return to ourselves, relieve tension, and restore the resource.
Currently, the psychological well-being of employees is an important component of the stable and effective work of the team. That is why the corporate psychologist, jointly with the Human Resource Department, introduces activities to maintain and improve the well-being and mental health of colleagues, creating a safe and trustworthy environment for everyone.

What does psychological support involve?
This set of measures aimed at creating a safe and resource environment for all employees, ensuring psychological well-being, creating a healthy emotional climate in teams and increasing the efficiency of business processes by developing mental health, internal motivation and constructive interaction in the team.
- Every Wednesday: Mini-meetings with a corporate psychologist are held at the coworking space in a live communication format. This is a space for open dialogue, exchange of views and professional support.
- Every day: Employees receive useful tips to maintain the emotional state and prevent burnout.
- Every Friday: Game activities are held for psychological release, stress reduction and informal communication.
- Systematic training of employees: Conducting trainings, workshops for the development of skills for stress resistance, assertiveness, effective communication, etc.
- Anonymous trust box is in place for everyone to share their experiences, questions or difficult situations without revealing their identity.
- A separate direction is devoted to an individual work with structural departments, aimed at supporting employees in difficult working periods, reducing tension, burnout, hidden conflicts, improving communication and interaction.
- Individual consultations: if necessary, help employees deal with personal and/or professional problems.
- Particular attention is paid to the support of military personnel and their families, considering their unique needs and experience – there are support groups for this category of employees.
- Another area of work is psychological support for the adaptation of new employees.
Our common goal is for each employee to feel supported, psychologically safe and confident in the team. After all, caring for people is an investment in sustainability, development and overall success.
