Alina Begun is a leader with a systematic mindset and a strategic approach to management. She began her professional career in 2001 as the Financial Director of RPC Radiy and for many years has been involved in developing financial and management processes, improving team performance, and optimizing internal procedures. Since 2022, Alina Begun has been leading the Company, focusing on strategic development, long-term stability, and enhancing the Company’s competitiveness.
Having earned a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences with a specialization in “Project and Program Management,” she has acquired a solid scientific and analytical background, the ability to systematically evaluate complex processes and make strategic management decisions, and successfully combines financial expertise with effective team leadership.
Alina believes that effective management is only possible through consistency, accountability, and strategic vision, and she integrates this principle to every aspect of the Company's operations.
