Ievgenii Bakhmach

Ievgenii Bakhmach ensures strategic oversight, continuity in management decisions, and long-term stability in the Company’s development. His professional career spans decades of management and operational experience in the industrial sector. He has held leadership positions at industrial enterprises and industry associations, chaired councils of directors and executive councils, combining strategic vision with a deep understanding of manufacturing, infrastructure, and energy processes. Since 2001, Ievgenii Bakhmach has chaired Radiy’s Supervisory Council. 

His key professional competencies include strategic management, corporate governance, industrial enterprise development, engagement with government and industry institutions, and creation of effective management models.  As Chairman of the Board of Directors of PrJSC “Kirovogradgranit” and Chairman of the Council of the regional branch of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, he has practical experience managing large manufacturing organizations and representing the interests of the business community at the regional level.  His experience enables him to ensure a balanced alignment of the interests of business, the state, and society. 

Ievgenii Bakhmach’s high professional standing has been recognized by numerous state and industry awards, including the Orders of Merit (2nd and 3rd classes), Certificates of Honor from the Ukrainian Parliament and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, as well as honorary titles for his significant contribution to the development of Ukraine’s industrial and energy sectors.  

He is convinced that the strategic consistency, accountability, and resilience are the foundation of sustainable development for large industrial enterprises, and it is precisely this approach that he applies in his work on the Supervisory Council.
