Technical Director
Kostiantyn Leontiiev is an experienced technical leader with expertise in automation, control systems, and engineering solutions. He specializes in developing technical processes, optimizing production planning, and implementing innovations, combining strategic vision with the practical execution of projects.
He began his career in 2004 as a Circuit Engineer at the I&C Design Group and worked his way up to Technical Project Manager. Since 2016, he is the Technical Director at Radiy, where he is responsible for the development of engineering initiatives, the optimization of development processes, and team management.
Kostiantyn’s responsibilities include ensuring the information security and cybersecurity of the company as a critical infrastructure facility, including the secure use of artificial intelligence technologies. In addition, Mr. Leontiiev is responsible for equipment certification processes and coordinates work related to intellectual property, standardization, and product certification. His key competencies include the design and modernization of automated systems, managing technical teams, improving development efficiency, and ensuring the quality of engineering solutions. He makes a strong emphasis on team development and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
