Her professional career is built on a strong engineering background and many years of practical experience in quality control. Starting her career as an engineer, she has systematically progressed through all key stages of quality control – from working in an incoming inspection laboratory to leading the quality and certification department. Since 2012, Nataliia Smoliar works in the position of Director of Quality Assurance and Certification at Radiy.
Her key professional competencies include establishing and developing an integrated enterprise management system; certifying products and quality, environmental, and information security systems; ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements; managing risks, and coordinating the work of dedicated departments. She places particular emphasis on precision, accountability, and the continuous improvement of control processes.
