Oleh Kukla is responsible for the development, reliability, and smooth operation of the Company’s infrastructure facilities, as well as for the efficient operation of production, engineering, and transportation systems.
His professional career is built on a strong engineering background and many years of experience managing the construction, infrastructure, and operations departments. Starting his career in engineering and production roles, he steadily advanced to leadership positions, which allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure processes and their interconnection with production. Since 2021, Oleh Kukla works in the position of the Director of Infrastructure at Radiy.
His key professional competencies include infrastructure project management, organization of construction and installation work, utility networks operation, logistics and transportation support, cost optimization, and improving the reliability of facilities. He pays particular attention to systematic approaches, technical safety, and the long-term effectiveness of infrastructure solutions.
