Director of Production
Oleksandr Pelekhatyi is responsible for the arrangement and efficiency of production processes, consistent execution of production plans, and development of the Company’s production capacity.
His professional career is built on a combination of a solid engineering education and many years of practical experience in the manufacturing sector. After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, he began his career as an operator of CNC machines. Oleksandr Pelekhatyi has steadily progressed from working directly on the production floor to management positions, which has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of processes operation and production needs. Since 2012, Oleksandr Pelekhatyi works in the position of Director of Production at Radiy.
In 2015, he completed professional training at the Pacific Resource Exchange Center (Osaka, Japan) under the “Production Management” program, organized by the Japanese government as part of an international cooperation initiative. This allowed him to strengthen key professional competencies, including: managing production processes, preparing and optimizing production, improving operational efficiency, coordinating the work of production units, and implementing solutions aimed at ensuring the quality and timely fulfillment of orders. He pays particular attention to process discipline and production quality, as well as continuous process improvement.
Oleksandr’s professional contributions have been repeatedly recognized with commendations from government agencies and industry awards, confirming his standing and significant contribution to the development of industrial production.
He is convinced that efficient production starts with clear processes, accountability, and teamwork, and he applies this approach in his day-to-day management activities.
