Executive Director
Oleksandr Siora as Radiy’s Executive Director is responsible for the Company's day-to-day operations, efficiency, and the implementation of strategic decisions at the operational level.
His professional career combines a strong engineering background with many years of experience managing high-tech manufacturing operations. He has held key management positions, led the company as the General Director for more than 20 years, and actively participated in industry and expert councils, which has enabled him to develop a comprehensive vision for the development of the company and the industry. In 2022, Oleksandr Siora has been appointed as the Executive Director of Radiy.
His key professional competencies include operational management, implementing strategic changes, developing production and scientific-technical initiatives, managing large teams, and interacting with government and industry organizations. He places particular emphasis on combining engineering precision, a scientific approach, and effective process organization.
Oleksandr’s high level of professional recognition is attested to by numerous government, industry, and academic awards, which attest to his significant contribution to the development of nuclear power engineering, industry, and science.
