Her professional career combines a solid background in economics with many years of practical experience in finance, accounting, and auditing. Having started her career in auditing and economics, she has gradually progressed through all the key stages of financial management – from economist and accountant to the finance manager. Since 2022, Olena Dudnikova has served as Financial Director at Radiy.
Her key professional competencies include strategic financial planning, cash flow management, budgeting, financial risk management, monitoring and analyzing business operations, and ensuring that financial processes comply with legal requirements and corporate standards. She makes particular emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and the development of transparent financial processes.
