Serhii Hoidiuk

Serhii Hoidiuk is responsible for ensuring a seamless supply chain, effective cooperation with partners, and the organization of sales processes, all of which ensure stable production and the fulfillment of the contractual obligations at Radiy.

His professional career combines an analytical approach, management skills, and a deep understanding of the Company’s internal processes. Starting his career at the Radiy in an engineering position in procurement and supplier relations, he systematically developed his expertise in procurement, stakeholder engagement, and process coordination, which enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of supply chains. In 2025, Serhii Hoidiuk was assigned to the position of Director of Procurement and Logistics.

His key professional competencies include supply chain management, collaboration with manufacturing and commercial partners, market analysis and cost minimization, improvement of procurement and sales processes, coordination between departments, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of commitments. He places particular emphasis on consistency, accountability, and clear communication at all stages of supply and sales.
