Viktor Tokariev is a leading expert in design and engineering solutions with many years of experience in developing complex radio equipment systems and automated technologies. He combines in-depth technical knowledge with expertise in managing innovative projects, ensuring the effectiveness and reliability of design solutions.
After beginning his career as an engineer in the metrology department of the Kirovograd Radio Equipment Plant, he was appointed I&C Lead Designer of the Company in 2002 and began leading a team of engineers and overseeing the development of high-tech products.
Viktor’s key competencies include innovative design, management of comprehensive technical projects, optimization of development processes, and product quality control. He combines a systematic approach with creative thinking, which enables him to develop reliable, innovative solutions for the company.
