Yuliia Dmytriieva

Yuliia Dmytriieva is responsible for developing and implementing social programs, expanding social infrastructure, ensuring comfortable conditions for employees and visitors, and managing tourism investment projects.

Her professional career combines experience in local government with systematic management of social and tourism initiatives within the Company. Having started her career in the sphere of social protection and labor relations, she focused on implementing effective solutions aimed at enhancing employee welfare and developing the corporate environment. Another important milestone in her work is the improvement of household and living conditions, medical care for employees, and the landscaping and greening of the enterprise. Since 2018, Yuliia Dmytriieva holds the position of Director of Social Development at Radiy.

Her key professional competencies include managing social programs, organizing social and welfare services, working with state and municipal agencies, and developing internal services (receptions, catering, banquets, corporate events, services for delegations, and other various events). She is especially focused on consistency, responsibility, and caring for people, as well as improving the social and psychological climate as the foundation for the Company’s stable development.
