On April 30th, Radiy provided the training "How are you?" for its employees. The participants used the opportunity to delve deeply into the psychological support for mental health. Guided by the psychologist Ms. Yuliia Fomkina, Radiy employees learned how to develop human potential, aimed at maximum personal empowerment, and building harmonious relations with the surrounding world.
One of the training key aspects was an enhanced understanding of negative automatic thoughts. Participants learned techniques how to distinguish thoughts from factors and separate thoughts from feelings. This helped them realize that by changing their subjective opinion, they can also change their subjective feelings.
Special focus was made on the negative thoughts testing within the "Formation of negative thoughts" cycle. As a result, the participants came to an important conclusion: our state is not determined by the situation itself, but by the meaning we attribute to it.
The final part of the training included interesting relaxation methods and the use of the "6 steps to freedom" technique. All these techniques help to reduce stress and improve the mental condition.
In conclusion, Yuliia Fomkina advised the participants about useful programs for mental health and safe spaces for women and girls in Kropyvnytskyi, which will be additional support in their process of self-improvement and health.
