Modern Technologies in the Lecture Halls: a New Stage of Cooperation Between Radiy and the Central Ukrainian National Technical University

Radiy continues its educational partnership: the Department of Industrial Process Automation at the Central Ukrainian National Technical University has received a state-of-the-art Phoenix Contact PLCnext Technology Starterkit as part of an cooperation initiative.

This is the next step in implementing the Memorandum of Scientific and Educational Cooperation between Radiy and the Central Ukrainian National Technical University. The program is not a formality for Radiy, but rather a strategic investment in training engineers who will be working with real automation systems tomorrow.

PLCnext is an open platform of new generation that combines the classic architecture of programmable logic controllers with the Linux environment, support for high-level programming languages, IIoT tools, and cloud services. Such solutions are the foundation of modern manufacturing today.

We are convinced that effective engineering education has to be based on practice. Working with up-to-date equipment will enable students of Central Ukrainian National Technical University to acquire practical skills that are as close as possible to those required in a actual industrial environment.

The next stage of cooperation will include internships for faculty members at Radiy. After its completion, additional training kits will be provided to create a comprehensive laboratory for modern digital and industrial technologies.
