January 16, 2026 - Radiy SmartHall team space became a platform for creative ideas and professional discussions for the Company's team, hosting an open meeting as part of the “Idea Development Environment” project dedicated to the “Smart House” theme. Radiy’s Technical Director Kostiantyn Leontiiev shared not only his vision for this project, but also his real-life experience of implementing it: from the demand, concept, and key stages of implementation to practical solutions that resulted in success. An interactive Q&A session set up a dynamic tone for participants to engage in deeper discussions.
This meeting proved once again that strong teams are formed where there is openness for two-way communication. Open dialogue between colleagues encourages the development of ideas, helps to better understand each other, and strengthens soft skills, without which innovation is impossible. We have strong reasons to believe that the “Idea Development Environment” will become a permanent platform for professional exchange, inspiration, and joint progress.
