Head of the Human Resources Development and Management

Maryna Yurchenko is responsible for developing HR strategy, human capital development, and establishing an effective human resources management system.
Her professional experience spans human resources management, business training, and consulting. Having worked in various industries – from the financial sector to retail chains and consulting – she has developed a comprehensive vision of the HR function as a strategic business partner. Since 2013, Maryna has managed the HR-department at Radiy, and since 2025 she is the Head of the Human Resources Development and Management.
Her key professional competencies include strategic HR planning, the development of staff management and professional competencies, organizational development, staff training and assessment, talent pool development, and the cultivation of corporate culture. She makes particular emphasis on the systematic development of people, leadership, and creating an environment of engagement and responsibility.
Maryna Yurchenko believes that the Company's sustainable development begins with the development of its people, and she consistently applies this principle to all of the Company's HR initiatives.
