The Radiy Universal Current Distributor is Ready for Use at Ukrainian Nuclear Power Plants
03.07.2026June 4-7, 2026 - The 3rd Youth Nuclear Forum was held at the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) site, bringing together approximately 50 young professionals, researchers, and students from across Ukraine. This year, the event brought together representatives from the Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, South Ukraine, and Zaporizhzhia NPPs, as well as other affiliates of Energoatom and the Company’s executives, research institutions, specialized enterprises of the nuclear-industrial complex, higher education institutions, and the Nuclear Trade Union.
Radics and Radiy were represented at the forum by Viktor Martynenko, an engineer of the Equipment Qualification Division, and Mykhailo Nesterenko, a software engineer of the I&C Design Group. For four days, young specialists from over 20 organizations explored issues related to the development of nuclear power generation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, personnel training, and improving safety in the industry. As is tradition, participants formed teams and presented their projects to an expert jury.

The forum, organized with the support of Energoatom and the Ukrainian Nuclear Society, once again served as an effective platform for professional development, networking, and the generation of new ideas.
The participation of Radiy’s representatives in such events is an important component of developing the Company’s expert potential and supporting young professionals who are already shaping the future of Ukraine’s nuclear energy sector.
