
Radiy Participated in the BULATOM 2026 International Forum in Bulgaria
26.06.2026June 17, 2026, acceptance testing of the Universal Current Distributor (UCD) was completed at the Radiy’s facility. The UCD was developed by specialists of Physical Process Analysis Design Group at Radiy and manufactured in line with the technical specification “Universal Current Distributor” (UCD). Technical Specification.” The UCD is designed to amplify current signals and convert one current standard to another, and can be used at nuclear power facilities as well as in other industrial sectors.
What Did the Test Focus On?
The tests were conducted at the Radiy’s testing laboratory, accredited by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine (Certificate No. 20001 dated June 28, 2024), as well as at the Company’s proving grounds.
The acceptance commission conducted a comprehensive inspection of the product in line with the acceptance test program and procedure agreed upon by Energoatom and the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine and approved by Radiy’s General Director.
During the tests, a complete set of technical, design, operational, and reporting documentation was presented to the commission, including the results of preliminary tests, electromagnetic compatibility studies, cybersecurity assessments, and calculations of the equipment’s radiation resistance.
Commission’s Conclusion
Based on the results of its work, the commission confirmed that the developed Universal Current Distributor fully complies with the technical specifications, and that the set of design, manufacturing, and operational documentation is sufficient for its serial production and practical application.
As a result, the Universal Current Distributor has been approved for production and supply to Ukrainian nuclear power plant units.
