Radiy and Radics Discussed Prospects for International Cooperation in Nuclear Technology with NCBJ Professor Agnieszka Pollo

27 August 2026 – Radiy and Radics representatives met with Professor Agnieszka Pollo of National Centre for Nuclear Research (Narodowe Centrum Badań Jądrowych, NCBJ), Poland, at Radiy’s premises.

Radiy and Radics were represented at the meeting were by Alina Begun, General Director of Radiy; Kostiantyn Leontiiev, Technical Director; Oleksandr Pelekhatyi, Director of Production; Oleksandr Ivasyuk, Chief Operating Officer of Radics; and Vyacheslav Kharchenko, Director of Radiy’s Independent Scientific and Technical Center.

At the beginning of the meeting, Radiy’s General Director Alina Begun delivered welcoming remarks and introduced the guest to the Company’s history, current activities, and future plans. In her presentation, Alina Begun highlighted the Company’s successful work in the nuclear industry for more than 30 years and emphasized the importance of expanding ties with international partners across the global nuclear sector.

In his presentation, Radics Chief Operating Officer Oleksandr Ivasyuk described how the two companies' teams are advancing in international markets, outlined the advantages and implementation track record of the  RadICS platform and presented the Companies’ near-term plans for overseas markets. He also demonstrated the RadICS platform on operational equipment.

Professor Pollo presented the Polish National Centre for Nuclear Research (Narodowe Centrum Badań Jądrowych, NCBJ), which operates Poland’s only active nuclear research reactor, and commented on current developments in the Polish nuclear market. She also highlighted the development of the science and technology park at the NCBJ site.

During the round-table discussion, participants explored potential avenues for mutually beneficial cooperation. The lively exchange generated a range of ideas for scientific collaboration and equipment supply, both in the near term and from a long-term strategic perspective.

In conclusion, the parties emphasized that, despite all obstacles, the Radiy and Radics team remains at the forefront of global developments in digital I&C safety systems for nuclear power plants and stays true to its course – working tirelessly and expanding its global presence.
