Digital Substation: How It Differs from a Traditional Substation and What Benefits It Offers to a Company

August 14, 2026 – A meeting with a veteran was held at Radiy, focusing on the important topic of helping demobilized employees and veterans adapt to work and civilian life. During the meeting, the guest speaker, a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war and a career counselor at the “SVOI” Veterans’ Space, spoke about the nuances of communicating with veterans, service members, and their families; the potential challenges they face upon returning from service; and how colleagues can build an atmosphere of support and mutual understanding.
Such meetings help people better understand the experiences of those who have lived through war, avoid stereotypes, and build a comfortable work environment. During such challenging time, the ability to listen, understand, and support one another is of the utmost importance.
