Radiy Has Prepared Safety I&C System Equipment for Shipment to Rivne NPP Power Unit 4
06.04.2026March 27, 2026 – Ms. Yuliya Zhovtyak, Director of the State Employment Service, conducted a working visit to Kirovohrad region. Together with Mr. Pavlo Konopko, Director of the Regional Employment Center, she visited Radiy – a key player in high-tech solutions for industry and energy, specifically nuclear power. The Company’s products are successfully operated at facilities in Ukraine, Europe, South America, and the USA.
As part of the visit, a meeting was held with the company’s management: Mr. Ievgenii Bakhmach, Chairman of the Supervisory Board; Alina Begun, CEO; and directors of various departments. Team Radiy presented the Company’s history, key achievements, and current and prospective projects, particularly in the energy sector, where the company demonstrates systemic engineering expertise and high-level innovation.
Particular attention was paid to the role of human capital. No technology works without a strong team. For this reason, Radiy invests in engineering talent development, internal training, and collaboration with educational institutions. During the discussion, the parties addressed a strategically critical issue of the qualified specialists shortage, including engineers, designers, and other technical experts. Today, this challenge is common for Ukrainian industry: the demand for specialists is growing faster than the new generation of professionals is being formed. A separate segment of the meeting focused on the presentation of a concept of the Industrial Park “RADIY” as a platform for manufacturing development, innovation, and job creation. Participants discussed the potential of such initiatives for the region and their role in shaping a modern economic ecosystem.
The visit confirmed that the personnel issue is currently as critical as the technological one. Training engineering talent, modernizing education, and fostering close interaction between business and the state are becoming key conditions for industrial development. Investment in people form the foundation for sustainable growth, innovation, and Ukraine’s competitiveness in the global technological environment.
